Where We Deliver

Rimo Mart delivers groceries to three zones: Kingston & St. Andrew, Portmore, and St. Thomas. Choose your zone at checkout — your delivery fee is shown before you pay, so there are no surprises.

Delivery Fees

Fees vary by zone and are always displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. WhatsApp us at (876) 397-5795 if you're unsure whether your community falls inside a zone.

How Your Order Is Handled

  • We pick fresh: your items are selected off the shelf when your order is packed — produce, meat and chilled items are picked with the same care you'd take yourself.
  • Cold chain: frozen and chilled items are packed to stay cold until they reach your door.
  • Substitutions: if an item is out of stock, we'll message you with a fair substitution or refund that item — your choice. You can set substitution preferences in the order notes.

Delivery Times

Orders are packed and dispatched on business days. Delivery timing within your zone is confirmed by WhatsApp once your order is on the road. Orders placed late in the day may be delivered the next business day.

When the Driver Arrives

Please have someone available to receive the order — especially chilled and frozen items. Add gate codes, landmarks, or directions in the order notes to help the driver find you.

Tracking Your Order

Use the Track Order page with your order number and email, or WhatsApp us anytime for a status update.

Missing or Damaged Items

Check your bags on delivery where possible. If something's missing or arrived damaged, WhatsApp a photo within 24 hours and we'll make it right — replacement on the next delivery or a refund of that item.
